Welcome to Exdron, the online store for cleanroom products and solutions. By using our site and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Prices
•The prices displayed on our site are indicative and subject to change without notice. We have over 40,000 products online, so some prices may contain errors or show 0 or 1. After placing an order, the final updated price will be quoted and confirmed by email
• The prices on our site do not include shipping costs which will be calculated and added to the order total. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size, destination and nature of the products. Since we mainly handle hazardous materials (Zammets), shipping costs may be higher than the product price and will be given in the order.
• The prices on our website do not include value-added tax (VAT) or any other taxes or duties that may apply depending on the place of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties that may apply to the order, and for complying with any customs regulations or requirements.
• The prices on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). The customer may choose to pay in other currencies, but the exchange rate and any fees or charges will be determined by the customer’s payment provider or bank.
Orders
• In order to place an order, the customer must register an account on our website and provide accurate and complete information, such as name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address. The customer must also accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• The customer can browse our products by category, search by keywords, or filter by various criteria, such as price, availability, rating, etc. The customer can add products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when ready.
• The customer can choose between different payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. The payment must be confirmed and verified before placing the order. The customer will receive an email confirmation with the order details and receipt of payment.
• The customer can cancel or change the order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled or changed, unless there is a problem with the product or delivery.
• The customer can track the status of the order on our website or by email. The customer will receive an email when the order is shipped, with the tracking number and estimated shipping date.
Shipping
• We are a global company, so when a product is marked in stock, it means we have it in stock, but it could be in one of our many global locations. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.
• We use different shipping carriers and methods such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. The customer can choose their preferred shipping option at checkout, but the final decision will be made by us based on the product and destination. We will try to accommodate the customer’s preference, but we cannot guarantee it.
• We will ship the order as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 business days, unless there is a delay due to product availability, shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify the customer of any delay or issue by email or phone.
• We will package the order carefully and securely, using packaging materials and labels specifically designed for hazardous materials. Such as We will also provide the necessary documentation and approvals for the products and delivery.
• We will ship the order to the shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to the customer not collecting the order, the customer will be charged for return shipping and any additional fees or charges.
• We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay of the order during transportation, unless it is caused by our negligence or fault. The customer must inspect the order upon delivery and report any defect, damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the order, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. The customer must also provide proof of the defect, damage or discrepancy, such as photos, videos or documents. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement, refund or compensation, as the case may be.
Returns and Credits
• We want our customers to be satisfied with the products and our services. If the customer is not satisfied with the order, the customer can return the order within 14 days of receipt, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. The customer must provide the order number and the reason for the return.
• The customer can return the order for any reason, as long as the products are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition. The customer must also include all accessories, manuals, documents and certificates that came with the products. The customer must package the order securely and use a reliable carrier and shipping method, with a tracking number and insurance. The customer must also provide us with the return shipping details and proof of shipping.
• The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage or error on our part. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label or a refund.
• The customer must return the order to the address provided by our customer service. It is prohibited The customer should return the order to the address listed on the original packaging, as this may not be our return address. The customer should also follow any instructions or requirements for returning damaged items, such as special packaging, labels, or documents.
• We will process the return as soon as we receive and inspect the order. We will notify the customer by email or phone of the status and outcome of the return. We will issue a refund or store credit, depending on the customer’s preference and the original payment method. The refund or store credit will be for the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. In such a case, we will also refund the shipping costs. The refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return.
Warranty and Service
• We offer a one-year warranty on all of our products, unless otherwise stated on the product page or product manual. The warranty covers any defect or malfunction of the product caused by defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction of the product caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, modification or unauthorized repair. The warranty also does not cover any wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts of the product, such as batteries, filters, etc.
• To claim the warranty, the customer must contact our customer service by email or phone within the warranty period and provide the order number, product name, serial number and description of the problem. The customer must also provide proof of purchase, such as the invoice or receipt. We will verify the warranty eligibility and provide a solution, such as repair, replacement or refund, as the case may be.
• The customer is responsible for sending the product to the service center or to the address provided by our customer service, and for paying the shipping costs, unless the malfunction is due to a defect or error on our part. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs and provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label or refund. The customer must package the product securely and use a reliable carrier and shipping method, with a tracking number and insurance. The customer must also follow any instructions or requirements regarding shipping hazards, such as special packaging, labels or documents.
• We will repair or replace the product upon receipt and inspection. We will notify the customer by email or telephone of the status and result of the service. We will use the same or equivalent parts and materials for the repair or replacement. We will also extend the warranty for the repaired or replaced product for the remaining warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer. We will return the product to the customer at our expense, using a reliable carrier and shipping method, with a tracking number and insurance.
