At Exdron, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. Quality is not just a word for us, it is our way of life. We take quality very seriously and we constantly strive to improve our processes, performance and customer satisfaction.

That is why we are proud to announce that we have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, the most recognized and respected standard for quality management systems in the world. ISO 9001:2015 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a quality management system that focuses on customer needs, process efficiency, risk management and continuous improvement.

By achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, we demonstrate that we have:

• A clear understanding of our organization’s context, stakeholders, and objectives

• A customer-centric approach that ensures we meet or exceed customer expectations

• A process-based approach that ensures we deliver consistent and reliable results

• A risk-based approach that enables us to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats and opportunities

• A culture of continuous improvement that drives us to improve our performance and effectiveness

But we didn’t stop there. We also sought and received accreditation from four prestigious and reputable certification bodies that attest to the validity and reliability of our ISO 9001:2015 certification. These are:

• The Standards Institute of Israel (SII), the official body for preparing and publishing Israeli standards and ensuring product quality 1

• IQNet, the International Accreditation Network, a network of leading accreditation bodies offering global recognition and acceptance of certificates 2

• ANAB, ANSI National Accreditation Board, the largest multidisciplinary accreditation body in the Western Hemisphere, with more than 2,500 accredited organizations in approximately 80 מדינות 3

• The Air Force, the International Accreditation Forum, a global association of accreditation bodies and other bodies interested in conformity assessment in various areas of management systems, products, processes, services, personnel, verification and validation and other similar conformity assessment programs 4
